I learned early in my career that the best way to win a case is to be better prepared than your adversary. After serving as a prosecutor in the Queens District Attorney’s Office, I realized that many prosecutors do not have the time to adequately prepare for their cases. With that in mind, I pride myself on over-preparing for every case because a prepared attorney is a winning attorney.
While every case comes with unique issues and challenges, I work closely with my clients to learn about their individual concerns and needs.
By assessing a case with the client’s perspective in mind, I am better positioned to achieve a favorable outcome for them.
Prior to becoming an attorney, I spent several years selling various products and services. Whether it be a plea negotiation or a summation on trial, my background in sales gives me a unique ability to persuade prosecutors, judges, and, if necessary, jurors on why my clients deserve favorable outcomes.
