Mr. David Cohen joined the Brooklyn District Attorney’s office as an Assistant District Attorney to gain complex trial experience. David joined the Legal Aid Society in 1997 and entered private practice in 2007. He is the Principal Attorney at Cohen & Forman, LLP and our consultant in the Supreme Court Decision of Padilla v. Kentucky.
